Just Browsin'.

In a February telephone survey, an estimated 204.3 million people, or 74.9 percent of the population above the age of 2 and living in households equipped with a fixed-line phone, had Internet access, up from 66 percent in February 2003.

So where are all you people ?! Probeersel.com is receiving less than 300 unique visitors daily ! Everyone, online, get yer ass in gear and check out our cool new comics ! Make our provider groan and moan and make it suffer from too heavy a server load ! Make them force me to pay more ! I'll do it - if you just keep visiting the site ! I'll throw as much money against this cause as I can if only the audience keeps growing.
By the way, I'm taking my hat off to the 280+ visitors we currently get daily. It's a record - the highest number of visitors so far ! Of course, after the 24 Hour Comic event, we were up at 290, so some of y'all aren't returning. Come on people - we've got fun free comics, free T-shirts, free downloads, there's regular updates, WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ?!!

Anyway, enough on that.
Another cool news message caught my eye: International talent collected in Super Comic Buffet. See, that's what I want to see. We've archieved global communication technology, now let's start getting the different cultures - and especially the different comics fields - and mix them together to create all new styles, genres and elevate the Ninth art form to an unprecedented level. Is that too much to ask ?

"The average comic collector is someone whose mum threw away all their comics when they started getting interested in girls, and years later found themselves able to afford 'childish throwaways'" - BBC News (online) takes a closer look at comics collectors and the kind of money that circulates in these matters.
Anyone wanna buy an original Van Densen ? I'll draw myself carpal tunnel syndrome if it would fund the site, so hey, make me an offer. Also doesn't hurt to have a bit more pocket money for the occasional trip to the bar n such.

And finally, also on the BBC news site: Can men learn to seduce with humour?
Well, yes. It's really not that difficult. Geez - I'd expect the BBC to focus on news. God forbid.
